Personal Injury
We're a personal injury law firm. You’re looking for an injury attorney. By the time you’ve arrived at this site, you’ve probably visited several other attorney’s websites – maybe more than several – and you might be wondering, “What’s the difference? They all seem pretty much the same.” So how do you decide on one?

Do you decide by where they went to school? Mr. Kirby went to the University of Notre Dame, one of the top law schools in the country. Do you decide by how much experience they have? Mr. Kirby has been a trial lawyer for twenty-seven years, the first five as a defense lawyer and the last twenty-two representing injured people like you. Or do you decide by calling the law firm and seeing how they treat you from the very beginning? This, it seems to us, is the best way to narrow down your choice.

When you call a law firm, are you immediately able to speak with an attorney or are you instead shunted off to a paralegal or an “intake” secretary? Do they take the time to answer your questions or do they tell you to “just come in” and they’ll explain everything after they’ve got you though the door? Do you feel respect and compassion or do you sense that you’re just another case to them, one of hundreds they’ll churn through this year as quickly and with as little effort as possible? How you’re treated on the phone is a huge indicator of how you’ll be treated as a client. Call us. See for yourself how you’re listened to and how your questions are answered, honestly and directly.

We don’t take hundreds of cases. If you choose us to represent you, we’ll get to know you as a person and we’ll know your case backwards and forwards. We’ll settle your case only if the insurance company’s offer is fair and only after we’ve discussed the settlement offer with you, answered all your questions, and received your approval to settle. If the insurance company refuses to be fair and your case goes to trial, you'll have an attorney with twenty-seven years of trial experience who is prepared, comfortable in a courtroom, and relaxed and conversational with a jury. But that’s getting way ahead of ourselves. Call us first. See how we’re different. See how we can help.
